Heroin Seized By BSF In Punjab
In a search operation based on specific intelligence input, the Border Security Force seized 2 packets of Heroin weighing approximately 1 kg of heroin wrapped in white adhesive tape with a ring and luminous strip for night indication attached to it. The operation was carried out in village Ranian of Amritsar district in Punjab. Alert BSF troops foiled the smuggling attempt by Pakistani smugglers to push narcotics in India.
